Fused Cast AZS 33 Block is also called electro Zircon corundum block, in which AZS means Alumina-Zirconia-Silica and 33 means the ZrO2 contents is 33%. Fused Cast AZS 33 Block is a refractory block which can withstand high temperature, Fused Cast AZS 33 Block is widely used brick in glass furnace and the largest quantity used in AZS product due to its effective cost. It is mainly applied in superstructure, working end and feeder channel of glass furnace, etc.

Why does Fused Cast AZS 33 brick have dense structure? As the Material of Fused Cast AZS 33 brick is electro-fused Alumina-Zirconia-Silica,with33% ZrO2, and the superior zircon sand is imported from Australia, the method to manufacture these bricks is very complicated which is called casting manufacturing method. Casting manufacturing process is that by melting the material into liquid, and then pouring the liquid material into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify, then through cleaning and inspection. So both the special material and complicated process lead to its dense structure.

Fused Cast AZS 33 bricks have good dense structure which directly leads to its strong corrosion resistance and low pollution to glass liquid. The professional casting technology method also ensures its long service life. What’s more, the material has good castability which enables the production to make complex and various shapes.
