2. Molten liquid process is not a stable process, the attack and uneven flow of casting liquid will make fused cast azs block drum kits, cold insulation and empty shell of surface.

3. The filling sand process by molten liquid is similar to filling a porous container. As the mold wall has certain permeability, if the pressure in the cavity is less than that of the type wall, the molten liquid will breathe outside air and cause the air hole, otherwise, the molten liquid can be pressed into the wall and cause severe sand.

4. The time of casting process has a significant effect on the temperature distribution of the casting.
