Fused cast AZS block 41# is the most high-grade fused zirconia corundum brick with oxidation method. It has characteristics of highest resistance to glass liquid and lowest pollution to glass liquid. Fused cast AZS block 41# is especially applied to seriously corrosive parts of glass furnace such as throat, bottom budding, dam block, electric block corners, doghouse and also can be used in sidewalls.

Fused cast AZS block 36# is the standard fused zirconia corundum brick with oxidation method. It has strong resistance to glass liquid and low pollution to glass liquid. Fused cast AZS block 36# is only available for straight brick and it is recommended to be used in sections where corrosion and temperature is higher, such as sidewall, paving, doghouse, etc.

Fused cast AZS block 33# has special advantage in preventing pollution of glass liquid, and it is very small to cause bubbles, stones and matrix phase precipitation. Fused cast AZS block 33# is mainly used in relatively low temperature and corrosive parts of glass furnace such as working ends, feeder channel, etc.

Fused cast AZS series is made of pure alumina powder and Zircon sand, through melting in electric furnace. This method hardly gets pollution from electrode. Due to the melting method and pure raw material, fused cast azs block has strong erosion resistance to glass liquid and lowest pollution to glass liquid.
